  •  All fees paid for our cybersecurity services are non-refundable, as the nature of these services involves time, expertise, and resources dedicated to securing digital assets.

Our team will make reasonable efforts to address the issue and find an appropriate resolution, which may include providing additional services or adjustments as deemed necessary.

Service Termination

  •  Qunit Technologies reserves the right to terminate services if there is evidence of misuse or violation of the Service Agreement, in accordance with our Termination Policy.
  • In the event of service termination initiated by Qunit Technologies, the terms specified in the Service Agreement will determine any potential refunds or adjustments.
